Block Hours

Block Hours support allows you to engage our technicians on an as-and-when-required basis.

You or any of your staff can call us or log a ticket into our helpdesk, and we’ll deduct hours as we use them (rounded to the quarter hour).  In addition, you’ll get a monthly report which itemizes all the tickets that we completed, and the balance of the block hours account which remains.  Unused block hours expire after 2 years.

Here is our standard block hour formats :

  • 5 – 24 hours
  • 25 hours
  • 50 hours
  • 100 hours
  • 200 hours
